Which Embassy Park Room Is Right for Your Trip?

Choose the Deluxe Double Queen for a solo traveller or couple, the Deluxe Double Twin for colleagues or a parent and child, and a triple room for three. Doubles are Rs 2,800, the Deluxe Triple is Rs 3,500 and the Luxury Triple is Rs 3,800 per night.
Which room suits a solo traveller?
A solo traveller has two good options. The Deluxe Double Queen is Rs 2,800 per night and gives you a queen bed, a work desk, a mini fridge and a tea and coffee maker. The Deluxe Double Twin costs the same, with two single beds, and is useful if you want a second bed for luggage or documents.
Both rooms are for up to two guests. If you are in Chennai for a visa interview and want to lay out papers the night before, the desk and the extra bed in the twin can both help. For a longer working stay, either room offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
What about a couple?
The Deluxe Double Queen is the natural choice, at Rs 2,800 per night. It has a queen bed and is described as the right size for a couple or a solo traveller who wants space. If you are travelling together for a visa appointment, you will each need your own DS-160 and folder, and the desk gives you room to organise both. The US Consulate General is at 220 Anna Salai, a few minutes from the hotel.
If you sleep better in separate beds, ask for the twin at the same price. Rates are per room per night and should be reconfirmed when you book.
When is twin better?
The Deluxe Double Twin has two single beds and a slatted TV wall, and suits colleagues, friends, or a parent and child. It is Rs 2,800 per night, so for two colleagues the cost per person is lower than for two single rooms. If you are sharing, agree in advance on the desk, lights and early alarms.
For an older parent travelling with an adult child, the twin keeps both comfortable. If mobility matters, ask the reception about lift access, step-free access and floors before booking.
Which triple room should a family choose?
Both triple rooms have a queen bed and a single bed. The Deluxe Triple is Rs 3,500 per night and the Luxury Triple is Rs 3,800 per night. The Luxury Triple is the most spacious room, with a wardrobe, a TV unit and room to move, which matters if you are carrying several suitcases or staying more than a night or two.
A couple with one child fits well, as does three adults who do not mind one person using the single bed. A family of four needs two rooms, since our rooms take two or three guests.
- Solo: Deluxe Double Queen or Twin, Rs 2,800
- Couple: Deluxe Double Queen, Rs 2,800
- Colleagues or friends: Deluxe Double Twin, Rs 2,800
- Three guests: Deluxe Triple Rs 3,500 or Luxury Triple Rs 3,800
What is the same in every room?
All rooms have air conditioning, a work desk, a mini fridge, a tea and coffee maker, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a branded toiletries kit. The whole property is smoke-free. Housekeeping, laundry and room service are available, and the reception is open 24 hours with VIP check-in and check-out.
Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out at 12 PM. Call or WhatsApp +91 72007 60076 with your dates and the number of guests, and ask for the room you prefer. Availability and current rates should be confirmed when you book.
If you are still unsure after reading this, send a short WhatsApp message with your dates, the number of guests and your reason for travel, such as a visa appointment, a hospital visit or a business trip. The team can then tell you which category is available. Keep the reply, and reconfirm the rate and applicable taxes before you pay or travel.
What should you ask before you pick?
Think about three things: how many people will sleep in the room, how much luggage you carry, and how much working space you need. A twin room gives two separate beds, a queen suits a couple, and a triple adds a single bed for a third person. The Luxury Triple has the most floor space.
If you have a particular need, such as a quieter room or a room on a lower floor, ask when you call. Please request your preference and ask whether it can be met, as a specific floor or view cannot be promised. Also tell the team when you plan to arrive, since standard check-in is at 2 PM.
Finally, confirm the price. The doubles are Rs 2,800, the Deluxe Triple is Rs 3,500 and the Luxury Triple is Rs 3,800 per room per night, and the rate and taxes should be reconfirmed when you book. Embassy Park is on Anna Salai in Thousand Lights, a few minutes from the US Consulate General, with Thousand Lights Metro within walking distance.
