Embassy Park Rooms Compared: Queen, Twin and Triple Rooms

Luxury Triple room with queen and single beds at Embassy Park
Short answer

Embassy Park has four room categories. Deluxe Double with a queen bed or twin beds is from Rs 2,800 per night for 2 guests. Deluxe Triple is from Rs 3,500 and Luxury Triple from Rs 3,800 for 3 guests. Every room has a work desk, mini fridge and air conditioning. Rates are per room.

What room types does Embassy Park offer?

There are four categories in the same building on Anna Salai. Deluxe Double with a queen bed. Deluxe Double with twin beds. Deluxe Triple. Luxury Triple. The two doubles sleep two guests. The two triples sleep three.

Every room has air conditioning, a work desk, a mini fridge, a tea and coffee maker, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a branded toiletries kit. The difference is size, bed arrangement and rate.

Rates are per room, per night, as listed in the hotel tariff. Please reconfirm the current rate and any applicable taxes at the time of booking, since we would rather you hear the up to date figure from the team.

What is the Deluxe Double with a queen bed?

From Rs 2,800 per night, per room. It has a queen bed, a work desk, a mini fridge and a tea and coffee maker, and it suits a couple or a solo traveller who wants more space than a standard single room. The wall carries a green art panel, and the room is simple, clean and uncluttered.

If you are travelling alone for a visa appointment or a business meeting, this is the sensible default.

It is worth saying that the queen room is not a cramped single. It has space for a case, a chair at the desk and room to walk around the bed, which matters on a longer trip.

What is the Deluxe Double with twin beds?

Same rate, from Rs 2,800 per night, per room, but with two single beds and a slatted TV wall. It suits colleagues, friends, or a parent and child, anyone who wants separate beds. It also has a work desk.

If you are not sure which version you want, ask. The queen and twin rooms are both Deluxe Doubles, so the price does not change. Availability does depend on the dates.

Guests sometimes ask whether a twin room means two people have to be close friends. Not at all. Many business colleagues, relatives and student friends choose it simply because separate beds feel more comfortable.

What is the Deluxe Triple?

From Rs 3,500 per night, per room, for up to three guests. It has a queen bed and a single bed in one room. This is a good fit for a small family, or three people travelling together who want to share and save money.

Remember that the rate is per room, not per person, so a family of three pays the same as a group of three colleagues. Please reconfirm the current rate and any applicable taxes at the time of booking.

What is the Luxury Triple?

From Rs 3,800 per night, per room, for up to three guests. It also has a queen bed and a single bed, but it is the most spacious room, with a wardrobe and a TV unit and room to move. If you have luggage, work to do, or simply like space, the extra Rs 300 over the Deluxe Triple is easy to justify.

For long stays, it is the one we would suggest.

The wardrobe is a quiet advantage. When three people share a room, a proper place to hang clothes keeps the floor and the beds clear.

How do you decide between them?

Count the guests first. Then think about the beds, who sleeps where, and how much luggage you carry. Finally, decide how much time you will spend in the room. If you work or rest there during the day, spend a little more for space.

A short guide may help.

Think too about who will be in the room at what hour. If one person works late on a call while another sleeps, the desk and the separate beds of the twin room, or the extra space of the Luxury Triple, will quietly improve everyone's night.

  • One person or a couple: Deluxe Double, queen
  • Two colleagues or friends: Deluxe Double, twin
  • A small family of three: Deluxe Triple
  • Three people, long stay, more luggage: Luxury Triple
